Aliquity, LLC reserves the right to approve any and all memberships, and maintains the right to terminate any membership not in compliance with the membership agreement.

Aliquity, LLC members are expected to behave in a professional, courteous manner at all Aliquity, LLC meetings or functions. The behavior of any guest of any member of Aliquity, LLC at any Aliquity, LLC meeting or function can and may be construed as a representation of that member.

Aliquity, LLC does not promise success or guarantee results to any member, or the guest(s) of any member regarding any Aliquity, LLC membership or function.

Aliquity, LLC does not promise success or guarantee results for any function directly or indirectly involving Aliquity, LLC.

Aliquity, LLC reserves the right to alter membership and renewal fees at any time. Any changes in membership or renewal fees will apply to active Aliquity, LLC members only at the time of renewal.  Yearly membership terms begin on January first of each year.  Our membership fee is $100.00 per year.  New memberships will be pro-rated at $25.00 per quarter.

All fees paid to Aliquity, LLC are non-refundable.

Any reference to Aliquity, LLC in any medium is prohibited without prior authorization.

Aliquity, LLC does not assume and will not acknowledge any responsibility or liability for the actions or the results of the actions of any of Aliquity, LLC member at any Aliquity, LLC event.

Renewal of any and all memberships may be subject to approval by Aliquity, LLC.
